Mail Delays amid Postal Rotating Strikes

Canada Post has announced they will begin rotating strikes, allowing mail service to resume, although with delays. However, residents are reminded that failure to receive a tax or utility bill, or mailing a payment during the strike, does not relieve you from payment nor liability of penalty/interest of a late payment.
To avoid any missed bills or late payments, we encourage you to sign up for Paperless Billing & also enroll in Pre-Authorized Payments by visiting our Tax & Utility Bills page on our website. You can also find other methods of payment on our Bills & Payments page as well.
Leaf and yard waste is collected curbside in urban areas throughout Bayham over a 4 week period in both the Spring and Fall, on Mondays, unless otherwise noted.

All leaf and yard waste must be placed at the curb by 7:00 am, in either paper bags, open reusable containers, or bundled in lengths not exceeding 4 ft. All individual containers must weigh less than 22 kilograms (48 pounds).
Leaf and yard waste items do not require a bag tag.
