The club is open to anyone with an interest in photography.  There is a small annual fee for membership, but the meetings are open and free, so if interested, come to a meeting or two and then decide if you wish to join. Guests are welcome!

Meetings are held monthly, usually on the first Tuesday of each month, starting at 6:00 pm and are held at the lower level of the Straffordville Library, 9366 Plank Road, Straffordville. The meetings end before 8:00 p.m. when the Library closes.

During the month preceding each meeting there is a challenge topic.  Our challenge for this meeting is 'Depth of Field Extremes'.  Members are encouraged to create photographs during the month that are in some way relevant to the topic.  Those images, and others that members wish to share are brought to the meeting for viewing.  Show and tell also includes any subjects that members wish to share, such as ideas for outings, new technology, new gadgets, or other images.  As the club is small, discussions are informal.

The Port Burwell Santa Claus Parade will be held on Saturday December 7th at 6 pm.

Parade route starts at the Port Burwell Legion.

To enter a float in the parade, please be at the Port Burwell Legion lot at 5:30 pm.

The Straffordville Community Committee is hosting their regular BINGO games at the Straffordville Community Centre located at 56169 Heritage Line, Straffordville.

Regular BINGO game starts at 7 pm (Doors open at 5:30 pm)

$13 for a 9 up book of cards

All proceeds go to Watermelonfest!

Annual Straffordville Santa Claus Parade.  Parade starts at 10:30am.  To enter a float or participate in the parade, meet at the Straffordville Community Centre parking lot at 10:00am.  There will be a meet and greet with Santa following the parade in the Straffordville Community Centre Main Hall.  Free treat bags for the littles, cookies and hot chocolate.
