Celebrate Canada Day 2024 in Port Burwell!

The Port Burwell Historical Society is organizing a parade starting at the Port Burwell Legion at 40 Wellington St at *10:30 am (*New start time) and ending at the Cenotaph, where there will be a community information village, musical entertainment, free refreshments, speeches by dignitaries from all 4 levels of government and a ceremonial cake cutting.

There will also be children's activities in front of the Marine Museum at 20 Pitt St. 

Also, watch for the WWII vintage Harvard Aircraft flyover!  

Come out and join in the celebration of our great nation!

On Sunday, July 7, 2024 at 3pm, The London & Western Ontario Branch of the United Empire Loyalists Association of Canada, cordially invites you to the Plaquing of the Bayham West Cemetery, at 53688 Heritage Line, Richmond, where they will be honouring Captian Solomon Moore, UEL.

Although civilian attire is appropriate, you are encouraged to dress in Revolutionary War, or War 1812 - 15 uniform, or period dress, or CAF Uniform. Wearing of decorations and metals are also encouraged.

There will be a fellowship following the plaque ceremony at the Port Burwell Royal Canadian Legion Branch 524 at 40 Wellington Rd, Port Burwell.

The Bayham Historical Society is holding their annual Classic Car show at the Vienna Memorial Park on Saturday, July 20th from 11am - 5pm

There will be music, 50/50 draw, door prizes, and a Choice Award Plaque.

There will also be a BBQ Chicken Dinner in the park at 4:30pm ($20 per person) *Pre-order your dinner by July 13th for a chance to get your dinner free & a door prize!
