Last year, the province of Ontario had 133 fire deaths which was the largest number in decades. 

Most of these lives could have been saved if the residences would have had working smoke alarms.

In order to combat this senseless loss, the Ontario Fire Marshal is asking everyone in Canada to test their smoke alarms on September 28^th, 2024.

It’s a very simple way to ensure your safety!
